Only on your device
Everything you type (business details, logo, catalog, photos, lists and documents) is saved only in the browser of this phone or computer. It isn't sent to our servers and nobody else sees it. If you clear your browser data or change devices, it is lost.
Free account
Your device + a basic backup in your account
Your business backup (details, logo and color), your frequent clients (their ID number is encrypted), your last 3 quotes and, if you tap “Save to my account”, a catalog of up to 30 products with photos are uploaded so you can use them on another device. Price lists and other documents stay only on your device.
Pro
Everything in your account
On top of the backup: your full quote history, your products, several catalogs of up to 200 products, your workers (ID encrypted) and their payrolls, and your online catalog or menu (which is public only if you publish it).
In no plan do we sell or share your information, we don't store passwords or cards, your customers' and workers' IDs are stored encrypted, and the files you use in the PDF and photo tools are never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
- What happens if I don't pay?
- Everything keeps working for free: calculators and PDF and photo tools with no limit (except enlarge photo and the .p12 electronic signature), and 3 PDFs per day in each document tool with your free account (2 without an account), with a small “kit593” stamp in the corner. See the limits table above.
- Do you store my card or my PayPal account?
- No. Lemon Squeezy handles the charge on its own page and sends you the receipt; we only store whether your plan is active and until when.
- Is there a discount to start?
- Yes: your first month of Pro costs $2.97 and from the second month, $5.93 per month. It is a promotion for new accounts, only once per account and only the first month: the second month is charged at the regular price automatically (you can cancel before). If you already had paid Pro before, you pay the regular price from the start.
- How do I pay and how do I cancel?
- With a credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It renews automatically every month; to cancel, go to “My account” → “Manage subscription”. You won't be charged again and you keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid.
- What is stored in my account and who sees it?
- It depends on the plan (see “Where your data is stored” above). Without an account, everything stays only on your device. With a free account, a basic backup is uploaded: business details, frequent customers, your last 3 quotes and, if you save it, a catalog of up to 30 products. With Pro, everything you use in the cloud. You can see and delete it in “My account”. Each account can only read its own data (row-level security in the database) and we don't store passwords: you sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google. Your frequent customers' ID or tax ID and your workers' ID are stored encrypted (AES-256): they can't even be seen in the database without the key, which never leaves the server.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, whenever you want. Your PDFs and your history are still yours.
- What happens to my data if my Pro expires?
- Nothing is deleted right away. We keep everything you created with Pro for 12 months: without Pro you see your last 3 quotes and Pro-only features become read-only or paused (your online catalog or menu stops showing). If you renew within that period, you get everything back. We notify you 30 and 7 days before; after that, the account goes to the free plan (last 3 quotes and 1 catalog per business).
