By using kit593 you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

1. What kit593 is

kit593 is a set of online tools (calculators, document generators and utilities) for small businesses and entrepreneurs. We are not the SRI, the IESS, the Ministry of Labor or any public entity, we have no relationship with them and we don't speak on their behalf.

To create an account or subscribe to Pro you must be over 18 or have the authorization of your legal guardian. kit593 isn't intended for minors.

2. Reference results

• The calculations (bonuses, net salary, VAT, withholdings, profit sharing, severance, reserve funds, tax regime and dates) are based on the current regulations we cite in each tool, but they are for reference: they are not tax, labor or legal advice. Before paying, filing or signing, check with the relevant entity or a professional.
• Quotes, catalogs, receipts, delivery notes, work orders, payrolls and templates are not sales receipts or official documents. Sales are backed by the invoice or sales note authorized by the SRI according to your tax regime.
• We update the values when the law changes, but there may be some time between the change and our update.

3. Responsible use

You agree not to use kit593 to:

• Creating fake documents, impersonating another person or an institution, or deceiving third parties.
• Removing watermarks or authorship data from other people's works without the owner's permission.
• Signing with a signature that isn't yours, or covering, removing or adding content to other people's documents to deceive someone.
• Publishing illegal or misleading content, content that infringes others' rights, or prohibited products in your online catalog or menu.
• Attacking, overloading or trying to break into the site, or using it in an automated way for purposes other than intended.

You are responsible for the information you enter and the documents you generate, sign or send. If you store data about your customers or workers, you must have a legal basis to do so (personal data protection law).

4. Content you publish

The online catalog or menu (Pro) is public to anyone with the link. You are responsible for what you publish; we may pause or remove a page that breaks these terms or the law.

5. Free plan and Pro plan

• You can use kit593 for free, with or without an account. Each tool has a number of uses per day; if you create a free account, that number goes up. PDFs from the free plan carry a small “kit593” stamp.
• kit593 Pro is a service subscription with the features described on the Pro page. Payment, cancellation and refunds are explained in section 6.
• If Pro expires, we keep what you created with Pro for 12 months so you can recover it if you renew; after that the account goes back to the free plan (see the privacy policy).
• We may change the features or the price of the Pro plan; price changes don't affect a period already paid.

6. Payments, cancellation and refunds

• Price and renewal: kit593 Pro costs $5.93 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel it. The total, with any taxes that apply in your country, is shown before you pay.
• New account promotion: the first time an account subscribes to Pro, the first month costs $2.97; from the second month the regular price ($5.93) is charged automatically until you cancel. It applies only once per account and only to the account where it was generated: if the discount is used on another account or on an account that already had Pro, we refund that payment in full and cancel that subscription, without activating Pro.
• Who charges: the payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as an authorized reseller (merchant of record): it charges you, issues the receipt for each payment and stores your card or PayPal details. kit593 never sees or stores that data; it only learns whether your plan is active and until when.
• Cancel: you can cancel anytime from “My account” → “Manage subscription”, with no penalties. You won't be charged again and you keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for.
• First payment: if Pro isn't what you expected, we refund 100% of the first payment (even if you used the promotion) if you ask within 15 days after the purchase, without having to explain why.
• Renewals: if it renewed and you didn't want to continue, write to us within 7 days after the charge and we'll refund that renewal.
• Errors: duplicate charges or charges made by our mistake are always refunded, no matter the date.
• How to request it: open a ticket in “My account” → “Help” or write to soportekit593@gmail.com from the email you paid with. We reply within 3 business days at most. The money goes back to the same payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. When refunded, the Pro for that period ends immediately.
• Before starting a claim with your bank (chargeback), write to us: we resolve it faster directly. This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep kit593 always working, but there may be interruptions or errors. Without an account, your data lives only in your browser: if you clear it, it's lost. We recommend saving your important PDFs.

8. Liability

kit593 is offered “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from decisions made solely on the basis of reference results, errors in the data you entered, or use contrary to these terms. None of this limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

kit593's design, code and texts are ours. The documents you generate with your data are yours. Third-party fonts and libraries are used under their open licenses.

10. Changes and governing law
