Excel to PDF

Turn your spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) into a tidy PDF, ready to send or print.

Free · no sign-up required · works on your phone · without uploading your file

It is processed on your device, not on our servers: your files are not uploaded to the internet. With large files it may take a while and your device may run slower while it works; don't close this tab until it finishes.

How does it work?

Each visible sheet becomes a table with its values already calculated, with number formats (currency, percentages, dates, decimals), bold text, fill colors and merged cells. The orientation is chosen automatically based on how many columns it has, and the font is shrunk a little so it fits the width; if it still doesn't fit, the extra columns continue on the next page.

Everything is built in the background and on your device, so a large sheet doesn't freeze the screen or leave your phone.

Frequently asked questions

Is my file uploaded to the internet?

No. Everything is done on your phone or computer; the file never leaves your device.

How big can it be?

Up to 25 MB and 3,000 rows without an account; 6,000 rows with your free account; 60 MB and 50,000 rows with kit593 Pro (less on phones with little memory).

How many can I convert per day?

As many as you want: it's free with no daily limit, with or without an account.

Can I convert several at once?

Yes: up to 3 files at once without an account, 5 with your free account and 10 with kit593 Pro. They are converted one by one so your phone's memory doesn't fill up, and you download them together in a .zip or each one separately.

Does it work with old .xls files?

No. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, save it as .xlsx and convert it here.

Are charts included?

No: tables are included with their values and formats. For a chart, take a screenshot and use “Images to PDF”.
