Convert a PDF to Excel
Move the tables in your bank statements, price lists or reports to Excel, with the values ready to add up.
Free · no sign-up required · works on your phone · without uploading your file
It is processed on your device, not on our servers: your files are not uploaded to the internet. With large files it may take a while and your device may run slower while it works; don't close this tab until it finishes.
Your PDF
How does it work?
The position of each text on the page is read and the table is built: rows by their height and columns by the gaps between them. Values (1.234,56 or 1,234.56) and dates are saved as real numbers, so you can add, filter or sort. Scanned pages are read with text recognition.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with my bank statement?
With PDFs you download from online banking, generally yes. If the PDF is a photo or a scan, it is read with OCR and it's worth checking the numbers.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Everything happens on your device: your bank transactions never leave it.
How many can I convert?
As many as you want: it's free with no daily limit, with or without an account.
